Our Story: The Founder's Journey

Growing up in India, I had undiagnosed ADHD. I managed school and graduated from one of the country's top universities, landing a solid tech job. Yet, basic tasks like filling out insurance forms felt impossible because I just couldn't get myself to do them. Even after my diagnosis, I tried everything: medication, therapy, habit coaching, books, endless productivity tools, tricks like Pomodoro and habit stacking, even experimental treatments. Most helped a bit, but nothing stuck. Every approach eventually put the pressure back on me to stay consistent, remember, and follow through. What truly changed things was hiring someone to keep me accountable. My accountability partner had access to my daily plan, nudged me through the day, and even joined me for co-working sessions when I needed extra support. This simple system helped me and friends who tried it go from barely following routines to finishing 80 to 90 percent of our daily plans. The process kept evolving and improving. In the process, I found out that I really like helping people get back on track. So, I doubled down and launched Intentive Life to build a service that makes staying consistent actually doable for people like me. I hired and trained more accountability partners, refined the program with experts, and opened it to more ambitious people with ADHD who deserve real support. I started with Intentive to explore my interest in life coaching, behavioral patterns, and personal growth. My curiosity led me to join the team as an accountability partner, helping people stay on track and build internal momentum. I realized that many people do not need inspiration; they need structure, follow through, and small wins daily. Discipline is often a system issue, not a character flaw.

Procrastination needed a rival, and your path to reaching your goal needs a supporting character to fight. So I decided to become one. So far, it turns out, cheering you on and keeping you on track is way more rewarding than just being engaged in my own path. I am someone who would like to be a witness of your journey. So, let's make progress unavoidable.
