I started with Intentive to explore my interest in life coaching, behavioral patterns, and personal growth. My curiosity led me to join the team as an accountability partner, helping people stay on track and build internal momentum. I realized that many people do not need inspiration; they need structure, follow through, and small wins daily. Discipline is often a system issue, not a character flaw.
Procrastination needed a rival, and your path to reaching your goal needs a supporting character to fight. So I decided to become one. So far, it turns out, cheering you on and keeping you on track is way more rewarding than just being engaged in my own path. I am someone who would like to be a witness of your journey. So, let's make progress unavoidable.
Inconsistency is a big hurdle for many with ADHD, even when they are motivated. I have been there and figured it out. Now, I want to help others move forward. As an accountability partner, I will support them in turning plans into steady action, helping them reach important goals and finally build good habits.
Our Founder & Habit Coach
Growing up with ADHD in India was challenging. I developed routines tailored to my strengths and weaknesses, eventually earning a degree in Computer Science from a top university. Receiving an official diagnosis and professional treatment, including medication, therapy, and tDCS, revealed that many of my struggles were avoidable. My personal exploration also involved self-help books, productivity tools, healthy habits, social accountability, and meditation. Serving as an accountability buddy and hiring a professional accountability partner validated my belief in structured and consistent support. Initially tested with friends and family, this method has now expanded, helping many more individuals live intentionally.

Counseling gives the space to people to talk freely about the issues they are facing without being judged. It is a joint venture where our knowledge and skills are combined to create solutions.
